CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER:

Once your order has been placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure prompt delivery. Therefore, we cannot accept any cancellation requests after the order has been placed. We appreciate your understanding.

DIGITAL ART PRINT NEVER ARRIVED:

Our estimated delivery time for digital art prints is within 8-12 days after processing, which usually takes 1-3 business days. If your digital art print has not arrived after 15 days, please give it some extra time up to 20 days, as there may be unexpected delays due to weather conditions, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control. If your digital art print has not arrived after 25 days, we will provide a 100% refund instantly.

DAMAGED DIGITAL ART PRINT:

If your digital art print arrived damaged, please take photos or videos of the damage and send them to our customer support at [email protected]. After verification and confirmation of the issue, we will either send you a new digital art print or provide a 100% refund.

DEFECTIVE DIGITAL ART PRINT:

If your digital art print is defective, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to report the problem. If the digital art print does not work or is defective during this period, you can return it to us at your expense, and we will refund the total amount in store credit so that you can reorder a new product.

CHANGE OF MIND:

If you change your mind about your digital art print, you have 14 days after receiving it to return it to us. Please note that we only accept returns for products that are not used and need to be in their original packaging. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate the return process.

EXCHANGE:

If you wish to exchange your digital art print, you have 14 days after receiving it to do so. Please keep in mind that the digital art print must be unused and in its original packaging. WRONG DIGITAL ART PRINT:

If you received the wrong digital art print, you have 14 days to return it to us at your expense, and we will provide a 100% refund.
